ASA is thrilled to announce Anthony Ilvento as our Employee of the Month for January 2026! Anthonys display of consistency and commitment is the encapsulation of what we strive for here at ASA. Anthony is a key member of our A.S.A. Florida location and they have hit the ground running in the new year! Starting off with Ultimate Medical located in Tampa. Anthony personally oversaw all phases of this project. Ultimate Medical is located 3.5 hours from our Riviera Beach location. Anthony worked with the Allied Universal team to walk the site and discuss planning of device locations and potential issues. He made the 7 hour round trip commute multiple times as well as spent nights in hotels away from family. Anthony was also responsible for calculating and purchasing all required materials. Because this project is located so far from our home office, local temp labor was required. Anthony interviewed multiple candidates and chose the correct ones based on the needs of the project. On each on site Anthony trained them the "ASA WAY." (We do it correctly the 1st time). Anthony worked 10 hour days and has already finished running and dressing all the composite and Cat6 lines ahead of schedule. Effective coordination with the GC and Electrical foreman was also required. We are looking to finish this project up in the coming weeks! In addition to this project, Anthony has also been involved with bidding and sourcing equipment for many other projects in the South Florida region.
